Privacy, without the fog.

What we store

Depends on which of the three things you use:

  • Route alerts: your email, the alert configuration (which tour, group size, date window), and your Stripe customer/session id so a payment can be looked up if something goes wrong
  • Single-hut watches:your email, which hut and date you're watching, group size, and the same Stripe id as above
  • “Request a tour” submissions: your email, the free-text message you wrote, any huts you named, and group size if you gave one

Right now, no Stripe id exists for your signup. Alerts and hut watches are free during launch, so no Stripe session is ever created — the customer/session id mentioned above only starts applying once paid alerts go live.

That's it. There are no accounts or passwords, and no tracking cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic numbers (things like how many people visited a page) — it's cookieless and does not identify you personally, so nothing here needs your consent.

What we don't do

  • We never sell or share your email with anyone
  • We never see your card details: Stripe handles payment directly

Deletion

Email support@hutradar.com any time and ask us to delete your data. We will, within a few days. Unsubscribing from an alert (one click, in any alert email) stops the emails immediately; a deletion request removes the record entirely.
